Am I too old to start Barre with Vena Method?We believe there is no time stamp on when you should start your fitness journey. We’re welcoming clients of any age and body shape, helping them move confidently toward their health and fitness goals.

How often should I have sessions?Research shows that you get the best results from exercise by working out three-to-five times per week. That being said, the right frequency for you also depends on what else is going on in your life. We advise that students listen to their bodies to find the frequency that works best for them. Our method is low-impact and safe for your joints, so based on personal preferences, you can have it up to five times a week. We would strongly recommend having at least one rest day. Always be sure to listen to yourself and your body!

I don’t think I have time for this??A lot of people fall off the wagon because they overestimate the amount of time they can invest in exercising and preparing their meals. Our goal is to make sure this doesn't happen to our clients. In the first Intro to Barre with Vena, we’re setting up a reasonable plan based on your lifestyle. Hence, you know exactly where sessions fit into your schedule.

My schedule is hard to predict. Can I cancel my sessions?Our goal is to keep clients accountable for their goals, so each person will pre-book class at least a month in advance. But hey, life sometimes gives us lemons, right? As a gold standard, we appreciate clients canceling session min. 24h prior. In case of true emergencies, please contact your personal trainer directly. All timely canceled sessions can be rescheduled.

What if I have a small space or my living situation prevents me from having sessions at home?A yoga mat and some room around for your arms/legs are required for this type of training. Alternatively, we can schedule a session at a nearby park or any other location that is comfortable for you, whether outdoors or indoors.

What if I’ve never had a single ballet class before?That’s OK; you don’t need to be a dancer or flexible. Barre with Vena is a combination of strength, flexibility, and mobility moves, as well as cardio sessions.

If I have an injury or a medical condition, can I do Barre with Vena?When your doctor allows you to resume fitness activities, you can start the Barre with Vena method. You should be aware that some modifications may be required during the recovery period to address health issues and ensure safe workouts.
